How long will my order take?

Ijeoma pieces are finished individually for each client. Production takes 2 to 4 weeks, followed by standard shipping.

Are your pieces solid gold?

Yes. All Ijeoma Jewelry pieces are crafted in solid 14k gold with natural diamonds or mother of pearl, depending on the design.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days for unworn pieces in original condition. Contact info@ijeomajewelry.com to begin a return.

Can I exchange my item?

We offer exchanges and store credit within 21 days of delivery for pieces returned in new condition.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping will be added in the future. At this time we ship within the United States.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Please visit our Product Care page for full details. As a general guideline, avoid chemicals, store pieces separately, and remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, or swimming.

Are your diamonds natural?

Yes. All diamonds used in Ijeoma Jewelry pieces are natural diamonds.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled only before production begins. Once your piece is in progress, cancellations may not be possible
