Shipping and Returns Policy

Production and Shipping

Ijeoma Jewelry is created in small quantities and finished individually for each order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for production before your piece is prepared for shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary by destination.

Order Changes

Because each piece is created for your order, we are unable to modify designs once production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update shipping information.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with all original packaging and certificates. To initiate a return, contact us at info@ijeomajewelry.com. Return shipping instructions will be provided by email.

Please note

  • Engraved or customized items are final sale
  • Items showing signs of wear may not be eligible for return
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client

Exchanges

We offer exchanges or store credit within 21 days of delivery for unworn items returned in original condition.

Manufacturing Defects

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the possession of the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier. For lost or delayed shipments, we will assist you in filing a claim and tracking the package.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the piece passes quality inspection.
